Tuna-filled lemons

Ingredients

- 4 unwaxed lemons
- 400g of Maruzzella Tuna fillets
- 30g salted capers
- 8 Maruzzella anchovy fillets
- 150g potatoes
- parsley
- salt and pepper


Procedure

Take 4 unwaxed lemons, wash them, cut the tops off the lemons and scoop out the pulp. In the meantime, boil the diced potatoes. Place the Maruzzella Tuna Fillets, Maruzzella Anchovy Fillets, parsley, capers and potatoes in the blender and blend until well mixed. Add salt and pepper. Fill the lemons with the mixture and leave to chill in the fridge for at least two hours. Serve with sliced lemons.
