Rich salad with tuna, mixed wild lettuce, Parmesan and oranges
Ingredients
- 1 pack of mixed wild salad
- 2 160 g cans tuna in olive oil
- 30 g olive oil
- 2 oranges cut into segments, with the pith removed
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 40 g flakes of Parmesan cheese
- 20 Taggiasca olives
Procedure
Place the salad mix, oranges, drained tuna, olives, tomatoes and oil in a bowl, and mix together. Divide into four portions and decorate each one with flakes of Parmesan.
