Maruzzella Tuna and asparagus salad
Ingredients
- 130g Maruzzella Tuna fillets
- 200g asparagus tips
- 1 avocado
- mixed salad leaves
- 1 red onion
- chives
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- bread
- 1 tablespoon mustard powder
- extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, salt
Procedure
Blanch the asparagus tips for 4 minutes in boiling salted water, drain and plunge them in cold water. In the meantime, cut the avocado into small pieces and brush them with lemon juice so that they do not discolor. Then thinly slice the red onion and chop the chives with scissors. To prepare the dressing, take a bowl and add the lemon juice, the mustard powder, the oil, the vinegar and the salt. At this point, place the mixed salad in a bowl, add the avocado, onion and chives, the Maruzzella Tuna Fillets and add the dressing; serve with slices of bread.
