Christmas muffins with Maruzzella Tuna Pate
Ingredients
- 185g of Maruzzella Tuna fillets
- 250g flour
- 3 eggs
- 100ml milk
- 80ml vegetable oil
- 1/2 sachet of yeast
- Vegetable oil
- 100g black olives
- 10 sun-dried tomatoes
Procedure
First prepare the muffin mixture. Combine the milk, eggs and vegetable oil in a bowl and start mixing. Add 250g of flour, half a sachet of yeast and continue stirring until evenly mixed. Now prepare the other ingredients: remove the stones from the black olives, heat the sun-dried tomatoes in warm water and drain the Maruzzella Tuna Fillets. Chop the ingredients and add to the mixture, mixing everything together. To bake, take muffin cases and fill them to 2/3 with the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 18-20 minutes.
