Broad bean, tuna, tomato and red onion salad
Ingredients
- 400 g cherry tomatoes
- 400 g boiled potatoes
- 1 red onion, sliced into thin rounds
- 600 g fresh broad beans, shelled and boiled
- 2 160 g cans tuna in olive oil
- 30 g olive oil
Procedure
Quarter the tomatoes, cube the potatoes and mix them together with the broad beans, the drained tuna, and the onion, then drizzle with the extra virgin olive oil.
