Tuna Ventresca

The ventresca (belly) is the best part of yellowfin tuna. The Ventresca is the part of the fish nearest the belly (or "ventre" in Italian) from which it gets its name. The Ventresca is rich in Omega 3, has a very delicate taste and tender consistency.
